FTP Access

You must be given a Username and Password to be able to access the FTP client. If you do not have either of these, please contact us.

INTERNET EXPLORER and GOOGLE CHROME - Accessing the FTP for Internet Explorer and Google Chrome is the same. In the address bar, type in ftp://traditionalrecords.com@traditionalrecords.com. You will then be prompted for a username and password, which will both be provided by us. The username is type in as username.traditionalrecords.com.

FIREFOX - To access the FTP using Firefox, you must type in "ftp://username.traditionalrecords.com@traditionalrecords.com" where "username" is replaced with the username given to you by us. You will then be prompted to enter a password that we provide to you.

SAFARI - If you are using Safari, you must type in ftp://username.traditionalrecords.com:password@traditionalrecords.com. The "username" and "password" will be replaced by the username and password provided by us.
